The boys at Undergrind just did this deck with my homeboy Cachum. Insane skills. Good work bro. They are VERY limited from what i here. Go pick one up before they are gone!
Well not quite chrome but a hell of alot cheaper and quicker than the shiny stuff. 1 part buffing compound 3 parts elbow grease, 4 beer and a whole lotta Public Enemy (i was in the mood) YEEAA BOYEE!! before and after pics.
Playing around with some of the parts laying around. Not exactly what i'm gonna run. Yes that is realistic fire on the wassell and yes that is jesus walking on water.
Playing around with some 1" stainless I scored the other day, mated up with one of my Harley 2-piece bar clamps. I'm thinking a few bends might be needed.....
well since we got back from CA i've been focusing on getting the garage ready for the winter building season. Added another 8 feet to the work space in the garage (i now have 20' x 14' workshop, 20' x 14' cold storage) insulating, wiring, painting i think i've got it ready. heres a few pics.....
Loser Machines Chops and Rods show, Saturday Oct. 23 2010, Carlsbad, CA sorry about the quality of some of the pictures, i realized half way through the day that my camera was set on the lowest setting.
Got a set of OG axle plates from Bernie. The right one was damn near perfect but the left one looked like a dog chewed it up and shit it out. The axle adjusted had been gouged out and a piece of hex stock was pigeon shit welded in its place. I'm kicking myself in the ass for not taking a before pic but heres what they look like after four hours of rework. I completely rebuilt the axle adjuster on the left one as well as the lower horizontal rib. Also sweated and grinded off a 4 inch piece of frame rail out of each frame boss. Turned out pretty fine i gotta say. just gotta add a hold back tab for the juice drum. Dam near inmopssible to find an original harley rigid in these parts of the world, so i guess ill build one from what i got.
We had such an amazing time in California over the last 10 days, i can't wait to go back. Huntington Beach was so cool, Got to check out Loser Machines Chops and rods show in Carlsbad. All in all we had a rad vacation, gonna start planning our next visit. Ill try and go through our 800 photos and post some highlights including pics from the LM show.
