Tried out my new torch tonight.

Build a wheel.

Its not that hard, almost therapeutic.  My new rear wheel i built last night. 19" Borrani polished aluminum rim. Harley BT hub blasted and painted. yeah!

Trust no one!

Dam.  I decided to pop off the cam cover on the pan to see whats shakin and much to my dismay heres what I  discovered.  You'll notice that the idler gear in the first picture is sitting off center on the shaft. Thats because some numb skull decided not to bother installing a bushing in the gear. You can see in the second photo where the gear was cutting into the case. luckily no major damage was caused as there appears to be fair low miles on the rebuild.  Hopefully this is the only incompetence i come across....
